Should the Authorized User inadvertently, wrongly or mistakenly obtain information or documents containing legally protected personal, privileged, restricted or court sealed documents or information through access granted to the iAttorney Website, the Authorized User shall immediately notify the Circuit Clerk, shall relinquish any documents or information obtained and shall not redistribute or use the document or information in any way.
The Authorized User shall not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or electronically post to the web, cloud or other electronic forum any information or document obtained through the iAttorney Website and shall retain such documents and information for their sole use as a licensed attorney.
The use of high-volume, automated, electronic processes, to extract Court information from the iAttorney Website is expressly prohibited. You agree that you may use Court information only for lawful purposes and that under no circumstances will you use Court information for commercial purposes or to allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations via direct mail, e-mail, telephone, or facsimile.
If any misuse of the iAttorney Website or the documents or information provided therein is discovered, the Will County Circuit Clerk shall refer such conduct to the appropriate authorities for investigation and access to the iAttorney Website shall be terminated immediately.
The Will County Circuit Clerk reserves all rights and remedies it now has or may have in the future, including, but not limited to, the right to terminate your access to the iAttorney Website in their sole discretion, for any violations by you of these terms of use, including without limitation, for excessive querying of the iAttorney Website or for failure to otherwise abide by these terms of use. The Will County Circuit Clerk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
The use of this site is restricted to Illinois attorney's who are registered with the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois, (ARDC). You will be denied access to this site, or your access will be revoked, if your status with the ARDC is, or becomes, not in good standing. It is the responsibility of each attorney to maintain updated and accurate registration information including but not limited to employment information, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. Should an attorney fail to timely notify the Circuit Clerk regarding changes in registration information, access to the iAttorney Website may be terminated.
